• A host-home near Uniontown is currently seeking a male adult with I/DD to fill a vacancy in a two-story home with an upstairs bedroom in this fun community.  There is one other person with I/DD in the home, along with 3 dogs!

Each Mentor enjoys a wide variety of community activities and interests such as: outside activities, church, walks, parks, shopping, an assortment of community activities, library visits, spending time with family, etc.

The home manager and Foster Mentor work closely with each person and support staff to ensure both quality services and learning opportunities. No matter what the person’s interests are, a sense of acceptance and welcome is a common theme.
