Community Supported Employment Services
Community Supported Employment Services
We are committed to securing and maintaining competitive employment for each adult we serve and offer a range of supports and services, including vocational skill development and employment-focused learning opportunities.
In our Community Supported Employment Services program we carefully match individuals with local businesses according to their interests and capabilities and provide a full range of training and support to create successful employment experiences for the individual and employer.
Our Job Coaches also provide customized support including transportation, job training and oversight - providing as much or as little assistance as the individual requires on an ongoing basis.
